📋 Short version: Use the app as intended, don't misuse it, and don't rely on it for medical decisions. Premium is a one-time purchase with no refunds once features are unlocked.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Presli ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of service
Presli is a personal health-tracking application for iOS and Android. The app allows you to log and monitor vitals including blood pressure, weight, heart rate, sleep, and caffeine intake, as well as manage medication schedules. All data is stored locally on your device.
The app is available as a free download with optional in-app purchases ("Presli Premium") that unlock additional features.
3. Medical disclaimer
Presli is not a medical device and is not intended for medical use. The app is a personal logging and tracking tool only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It does not constitute medical advice of any kind.
Do not use information logged in Presli as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have logged or observed in this app.
In a medical emergency, contact emergency services (911 in the US) immediately. Do not rely on this app in an emergency situation.
4. Permitted use
You may use Presli for personal, non-commercial health tracking. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Attempt to extract or misuse the app's source code
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any portion of it
5. Premium purchases
Presli Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, payment processing, and refund handling is governed by Apple's or Google's terms and policies.
Once Premium features are unlocked and activated, purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google as applicable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple or Google support directly.
Your Premium purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on any device signed in with the same account via the Restore Purchases option in Settings.
6. Data and privacy
Your health data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how the app handles your data.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the app and for maintaining any backups you wish to keep.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, graphics, code, and functionality of Presli are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the app's intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the app as described herein.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that readings or calculations within the app are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or decisions made based on information logged in the app.
9. Changes to the app
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes through app updates. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via an app update. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
